Joseph R. Ramrath is Senior Managing Director of Colchester Partners LLC, an investment banking and strategic advisory firm, that he joined in 2002. Mr. Ramrath was Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of the United Asset Management division of Old Mutual plc, an international financial services firm headquartered in London, England, from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of United Asset Management Corporation from 1996 until its acquisition by Old Mutual in 2000. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ramrath was a partner at Hill & Barlow, a Boston law firm, and a certified public accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co.

Mr. Ramrath is Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Ramrath’s term expires in 2025.
