Throughout the year, we come together to support unique nonprofit organizations across the country, including United Way, The Hanover’s focus charity. Our annual giving campaign has one of the highest participation rates in the world among companies that are part of the United Way’s Global Corporate Leadership program and has a participation rate five times the national average. Last year, 82% of employees participated in the campaign, raising nearly $1 million in support of local nonprofit organizations.
